Wishing everyone well during these uncertain times!

I am busy cooking away, mostly doing comfort food! These are a few pics from dinner last night. Expect to see these recipes in an upcoming class. My inspiration for the focaccia came from Bon Appetit. I am busy tweaking it for a class, but if you have some time, which we all do right now, this is a great project.
