Whether it’s brunch, lunch or breakfast for dinner, this class will wake up your tastebuds! All of the dishes for this menu are great any time of day and will surely make it into your weekly rotations. This healthy and delicious menu will include: Fresh Blueberry Compote Parfait; Basil-Lime Simple Syrup to make a Basil-Lime Mocktail; Mediterranean Frittata; Home-Style Hash Browns; and Whole-Grain “Breakfast” Cookies for a sweet ending.
Dates for the new menu will be posted Monday morning – March 31. This new class will run May 6 through June 12 on select dates. This week I am only taking reservations for private groups of 8. The price of the class is $65 and as always, a portion of your payment will help feed the hungry in our community.
If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early next week, and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.
