Spanish Summer-
The ultimate family-style dish, Paella, is demystified in this great class. We will make the ultimate one-pan meal, Paella Valenciana- the original paella with chicken and vegetables. This healthful and delicious entertaining, or everyday menu will also include: Romesco Sauce with Garlic Crostini; Piquillo Pepper-Smoked Paprika Aioli with Grilled Asparagus; and Sangria Fruit Salad for a sweet ending.
This class is a tweaked compilation of several Spanish classes I have taught in the past, a summer “rerun” for some of you! It is also the class I had to cancel in 2020-can’t re-do the whole year but we can re-do this class!
Dates for the new menu will be posted early Tuesday morning – July 12th. This new class will run through August on select dates. This week I am taking reservations for private groups of 8. Please visit my website July 12th to see available August dates.
