Italian-American recipes are the ultimate comfort food! We will use some pantry staples to help out, as well as some do-ahead ideas that make this menu truly “Italian with Ease”! The menu will include: No-Stir Polenta; Roman-Rosemary Polenta Squares; Meatballs in Marinara; Zucchini Spaghetti; and Lemon-Blueberry Ricotta Cake for a sweet ending.
Dates for the new menu will be posted Monday morning – January 31. This new class will run mid-February to mid-March on select dates. This week I am taking reservations for private groups of 8.
There will be a small price increase in the new year, from $55 to $60, due to the rising costs at the grocery store. Please visit my website January 31 to see available February and March dates. And for the safety of all, please only sign up for a class if you have been vaccinated.
If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early next week, and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.
