Amy's recipes are delicious, healthy, and easy to prepare. Still, she feels her recipes, as with any recipe, are merely ideas or suggestions. You do not need to follow any recipe completely. If you don't have an ingredient on hand, substitute it with another, or leave it out. If you prefer one herb over another, change it. The beauty of cooking is that there are no set of rules you must follow. You only need to follow your own good taste.
